Ethiopian Arabica Green Coffee Beans

Ethiopian Green coffee beans are the raw seeds of coffee cherries that have been separated or “processed” and have yet to be roasted. All of a coffee's taste and flavor potential is held within this green seed. Coffee from Ethiopia is known for its bright fruited and floral flavors. These coffees typically have a higher acidity, light to medium body, and complex flavor notes. The beans are either washed or naturally processed.
